Is Samus's second adventure a bit less confusing than her first?

When Metroid was first released, it was a very unique game; with a ton of exploring to do across a giant map and with loads of hidden items and path, those willing to spend the time to find everything were well rewarded. There's no denying the original..

Booya, Metroid! :D I find it a bit odd how so many GB games re-used sprites from their NES prequels. They look too huge on that tiny screen.

Still, I've heard good things about this game. I must give her a whirl some time.

@pixelman
You Should! This game was epic for me! I played it for hours without ever accomplishing anything! (Of course that was amazing, seeing as how my attention span as a little kid sucked...)
