Animal Crossing: New Horizons has no shortage of creators making strange, detailed, and wonderful things in the game, and now that the new update has added polish effects, even greater things are possible.
NaydinfarCrossing — whose name you may recognise from her other Zelda recreations — is one of the eminent Zelda creators in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and her latest work is made exceptional by the use of the new effects.
The details include the eyes and pink goo of Malice, Breath of the Wild's hazardous manifestation of evil, as well as the ruined furniture and banners of the destroyed Hyrule Castle. New furniture, such as the sword embedded in the ground and the glow-in-the-dark stickers, are used to enhance the overall effect of the castle being the site of a great and terrible battle.
NaydinfarCrossing's other Hyrulian builds are well worth checking out as well:
Now, we just have to wait for Nintendo to add Wolf Link back to the game...

Wow, that's very impressive
I like how that looks.
I love what the animal crossing players are doing with there islands, it inspires me to (try) and make mine look nice!
Almost 2 years in and I still don’t have mushroom recipes 😩
While I'm never inspired to go this elaborate, I appreciate the creativity behind it. Just really ingenious ways people use items that I would have never imagined
Is there a Dream Address for this island? I wanna visit it!
That looks incredible, wow! 🤯
@ShoryukenKid I mean you could go online and someone could give you their recipes.
@Chibi_Manny This is done on a hacked Switch since you can't place items in water normally, so no Dream Address possible.
I was looking at the screenshot at the top of article and trying to figure out how somebody was able to make that in Animal Crossing before I realized it was from Breath of the Wild.
