Paid for mine in full yesterday. Got the space in my display case waiting. Next to Zelda of course.
Overpriced, what a waste of money, don’t support greedy F4F
It's just the amiibo...biggified...
They've raised the price on these, and the shipping is 45$, which is crazy. I bought the other statues for $100 Usd.
I bought the Revali one from F4F initially, but then I realised if you wait until after launch, they eventually appear on the My Nintendo Store at a reasonable price. But nice for the collection.
@Hyrule Yeah they come in different tiers. The f4f version is the exclusive one and is only sold from them. I bought my Link statue from BB several years ago. If you don't really care about the number (they try to match your set numbers) or product registration you can just get the standard one.
It's cool but not $170 cool. Pass.
@Ryu_Niiyama they have done away with matching numbers, you will receive a totally random number now regardless of previous orders or at what point you ordered.
I wish these were resin and something different to the amiibo pose. As they are I’ll pick the collectors (light up version, there will be a cheaper ‘standard’ too without LEDs) 3rd party when it releases, I don’t need a numbered base for a pvc or extra packaging to have to find space for. ‘Collectors’ v ‘exclusive’ the actual statue is exactly the same but it’ll be around $70 dollars cheaper and that’s before shipping!
@INCAROADS i must have gotten lucky then because I just got another okami statue and it matches the previous 2 I bought.
I love the artwork the BOTW poses come from so I am happy. The amiibo are nice but no comparison imo. The only one I take issue with is the rider link statue. Someone should have referenced the amiibo rather than the artwork. My points usually are enough to shave the shipping so imo pricing isn’t that bad.
@Ryu_Niiyama yeah they stopped matching numbers for new lines a couple years ago. At the time they promised to honour any pre existing lines with more than one release for the foreseeable, but any new lines or those with only one release at the time of the announcement would be random going forward, this included the BOTW line which only had one release at the time. I guess the okami line had more that one release before they announced it hence your matching numbers (or you indeed got lucky!), but I get the impression they’re trying to phase out matching numbers across the board as soon as they can.
Yeah I have rider link on pre order, but I’m still disappointed they used fabric for the cape instead of a resin head swap, no idea what they were thinking there. Luckily it’s optional for display! 🙈
@0ohHeWrong : It's worse precisely because it doesn't have the amiibo functionality.
Wow, by the time you collect all these figures, you could have purchased a switch with every game.
So basically the same as the amiibo version, minus the plastic pole up her butt.

Where my Mipha stans at though
@NEMO86 having collected statues - at this size the price does not shock tbh
If Nintendo just let First 4 put the corresponding amiibo NFC tag in the base, you just know they'd sell double the quantity.
