I would sell my soul for the ENTER THE GUNGEON: HOUSE OF THE GUNDEAD arcade cabinet.

I fear no man
but that thing:
The carrot minigame from bowser's inside story
it scares me

Sorta related, has anyone tried a VR experience before?

I’ve been tasked with organising a day out at a zombie shooting VR thingy but I’ve got no idea which one is better than the other one as there’s seems to be loads on London.

I haven't enjoyed being in an arcade since the mid 90's. Once Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat II were available on SNES and Genesis, that was the day arcades died in my eyes. The most recent time I played an arcade game was at a Dave & Buster's for one of my god daughter's birthday parties. I think it's sort of serendipitous how my first arcade experience was Ms. Pac-Man and my last arcade experience was Pac-Man Battle Royale.

Love me some Pac-Man.

Yo, long time I didn't post any comment on Arcade Games Thread.

I want to say after 20 years playing DDR since late 2003 and playing Rhythm only games for 20 years, during year 2024 I expanded my gaming Arcade experience from other Arcade games with different genre such as G'SPIRIT TENNIS (Tennis motion play Arcade) , Mario Kart GP DX, but my favorite Arcade games are Rhythm based machines as I'm good in Rhythm as long not using too many fingers to tap the buttons like Beatmania IIDX or Pop'n Music as their Arcade machines are great but I'm really suck to play Rhythm games with more than 7 buttons to press with fingers since I have no basic in playing piano.

The other Rhythm Arcade games I tried such as Danz Base for the alternative of Dance Evolution by Konami and Dance machine 5 panels (Phoenix version and Infinity version) since I have no choice to play newest DDR machines in my hometown, only the old DDR machine left in my hometown.

I still never get interested by ticket machines Arcade as it feels like gambling machines that will never impressed me in the slightest.

Since my biggest gaming Arcade style is on Rhythm based Arcade machines, I always bring small towels before go to Arcade which have DDR or dance machine 5 panels over there as I will get sweating for playing a lot of songs from both machines.
And I have to bring my own gloves before playing MaiMai Arcade to prevent my palm hands get scratched from sliding on glass surface of monitor with my palm hands.
I have less interest with Danz Base since the songlist filled with more than 90% popular licensed songs which I only like very very few songs from them.
Danz Base itself I considered as the replacement of Para Para Paradise which the last Para Para Parsdise 2nd Mix machine got removed completely from my hometown since June 2018. Usually I only played Danz Base for two times with 1 time play for 3 songs and I prefer PPAP, Rihanna and Lady Gaga for the licensed songs with a few Danz Base original songs.
