@Sony_70 Can you blame us? They're doing all they can to attract the mainstream and extremely little to attract the hardcore. Even Sony did a better presentation than this, IMO...
I wouldn't say there's anything that put me off, but there's a huge lack of stuff to get me interested for now. 15 launch exclusives with 8 new IPs is exciting, and this COD stuff looks great, but I don't care about all the TV, movies and music stuff and that was the focus here. I think they could have a great E3 however.
Meh. I wasn't too impressed. Although, surprising more impressed with the Xbox One than the PS4.
The only thing that bugged me was all of the unnecessary talking. I could have figured out everything their presentation showed in like 10 minutes hands on.
The graphics look like they are mire solid than PS4, and COD Ghosts looks like last gen.

xbox one will seel like hotcakes in the U.S.
all the integration with tv and smartphones is the key for microsoft. it won't be very useful for people i europe, cause every country has different services.
very disappointed that they didnt show illumiroom at all. that's was the one thing i would call innovative.
so far the wiiu seems like the only real innovative console. too bad it doesnt have games
crazy how you guys hate this while the tech blogs (non gaming) and mainstream press liveblogs are eating this stuff up.
this somehow means less to me than Kotaku's opinion.
Though, I'm totally not surprised at this and it's probably Xbox's best chance to stay relevant so...shrugs
Which means nothing how we feel since history has shown that Gamers wants usually don't pan out with the mass market. Also what do you mean stay Relevant?
WAT!

Yeah, that's pretty much a given at this point, but guess who actually buy games on consoles? Gamers. They can sell all the Maddens and Call of Duty's they want, but if no one else can make a buck on the system, what good is it?
And I'm assuming kkslider meant staying in the eyes and conciousness of the mainstream public?
While they did show some pretty cool features, none of them really interested me. Yeah using the Kinect to switch between stuff is cool and cloud gaming and all that, but as a gamer, I wasn't that impressed. When I turn on my console, it's to play games, not to watch TV or talk on Skype. Other people may feel differently, and that's fine, but I don't really care about all that stuff.

A great looking console for the mainstream people who do a bit of gaming. The entertainment, ea sports games, and CoD are really all the mainstream wants. The presentation was definitely tailored towards them. However, if I pick up a second next gen console other than Wii U, it will be the PS4.
Currently Playing: Splatoon, Need for Speed Rivals
I don't care for TV or the music part. I'm glad it's coming out this year though. I think the console looks cool. It looks like an NES, the camera is cool, and the controller is better.
The only thing Xbox has over Nintendo is Kinect, but Nintendo has the Wii remote.
Smartglass is the GamePad, and the only thing Xbox One will have is better graphics.
I'm getting it day one. We'll just have to see what Nintendo does prior to these consoles' releases before judging the entire situation.
Nintendo will be fine.

My uncle owns an xbox for the media functions. Only games he has are a downloadable chess game and the Walking dead, other than them he only uses it for ESPN and the apps.
Overall a good conference with an evident different focus than Sonys. i think getting all of this mundane stuff is actually a good thing come E3. SOny is going to have to manage showing PS3/VITA/PS4 games plus the PS4 interface during their E3 presser. Microsoft can just go all in the games.

Xbox One, awful name.
Looks like a DVD player.
Based around voice recognition and Kinect, just.. awful
No game to show of what the system can do.
New COD and EA sports games were very underwhelming.
... Short event, really really short.
I didn't really think I'd like it. But this was just.. Bad. Also, "it'll update your friends so that they can see what you're enjoying and they're not". I know it wasn't intentional, but that sentence can make anyone sound like an ass.
