One of the truly greatest RPG experiences ever created.

When Chrono Trigger first appeared on the Super Nintendo console in 1995, it quickly became regarded as one of the most unique and impressive RPG releases to hit the system. Not only was the game developed by a who's who of some of the greatest RPG..

Best Squaresoft game EVER!!! Also, could someone please change Square-Enix to Squaresoft, it's bothering me, a lot. This IS the retro section after all, you should at least change it to Squaresoft for that reason alone.

It's a decent RPG, but the actual character/equipment/level management never engrossed me like it did in other RPGs, like Phantasy Star, Nostalgia, and Mario & Luigi; All of the leveling up felt too automatic. Plus, I hate the active time battle system.

It's a great RPG, Chrono Trigger. It's got the most endings I've seen in a video game, a fantastically composed soundtrack, and tons and tons of replay value. Not my number one favorite RPG, but it's worth playing every now and then. :)
